Who is Michelle?
I'm glad you asked. Thank you for visiting my blog! As you may know, my name is Michelle Natalie Mendez. I was born and raised in New Jersey. I am 23 years old and I have a passion for fitness, clean eating, helping others achieve their fitness goals, clothes, shoes, music, traveling and adventure.

Fitness takes up a huge part of my life, but there is so much more to me. I am pretty reserved but, I have learned that just by sharing my many struggles and successes it can help someone who may be going through similar experiences. So here I am!

At this point in my life, my mission is to network, inspire those around me and motivate myself and others to keep going. With that being said, take this journey with me and I promise you will not be disappointed!
