Service Description

4 weeks to jump start your fitness journey! 2 times a week⁣⁣ Monday 7:00pm & Wednesday 7:00pm⁣ ⁣⁣ BOOTCAMP BEGINS 1/10/22 BOOTCAMP ENDS 2/4/22 ⁣⁣ Clean eating meal guide will be provided⁣⁣ Classes will consist of a combination of HIIT style workouts, weight training, strength training, cardio and stretching/recovery for 45 minutes. if you ever wanted to start your journey the time is NOW! Class size will be limited!
